Call Response Centre (CRC)
Certosa's CRC offers 24x7 support attending to client's order. Orders can come in the form of phone calls, faxes, emails and FTP via CRC or through dedicated hotlines directly to DC and SSL network dependant upon the client's requirements. In addition,
unattended SMS and GSM voice messages can be triggered and delivered down to field engineer level alerting him that a part will be issued from the warehouse if the order arrives via FTP, through the web or on a boiler-plate email message.
CRC is also responsible to co-ordinate dispatch with our Transport Department, monitor, communicate and escalate unresolved issues to client's attention if required.
