DC & SSL Network Certosa operates three Distribution Centers (DCs) in Asia, namely Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai with Strategic Stocking Locations (SSLs) throughout AP areas meeting stringent service requirements like 2-hour, 4-hour, same-day, evening, holiday, on board courier (OBC) and next flight out (NFO) options, reverse logistics, real-time web-enabled WMS access and customized solutions including asset management on 24x7x365 basis. Certosa DCs in China are in bonded facilities allowing free VAT payment (currently 17% on goods value) during storage or before use for products and spare parts thus freeing cash-flow constraint and investment up-front particularly for clients who have large installed support bases in China. Certosa's DCs and SSLs follow stringent quality control processes where inventory and performance are closely monitored to ensure zero-rate discrepancy and service delinquency. Features include: -
