Certosa's proprietary web-based Warehouse Management System (WMS) is part of its total Transportation Management System (TMS) which supports both browser-based, WAP enabled devices and wireless protocols allowing real-time 24x7 access by client for Parts Request, Compatible Parts Search and reports downloading, etc to name a few.
Certosa's Inventory Control Unit at HQ is to ensure inventory accuracy at DCs and SSL network by performing both cycle count (weekly) and physical count (twice yearly) regardless of client's requirement.
Certosa's StockIn and StockOut processes are instantaneously updated ensuring up to the minute inventory accuracy of 99.99%. This attention to detail down to revision level of parts (with serialized number tracking) has allowed us to react on any expedited orders within 15 minutes from pick, pack and ship scenarios.
